How earning works
Eligible activities are submitted to backend validation. Rewards may stay pending while cooldowns, risk checks, and duplicate-prevention rules are reviewed.
No rewards for ads
Users are never rewarded for clicking ads, viewing ads, refreshing pages for ads, or interacting with ads. Ads, when present, are managed separately and clearly labeled.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals require approved balances and may require review. Processing times are estimates and do not guarantee payout before checks are complete.
Offerwalls
Offerwall rewards depend on provider postbacks and transaction validation. Provider tracking delays or rejected events may affect reward timing.
Fraud prevention
PHLX uses rate limits, duplicate checks, risk review, and account-safety tools. We do not publish bypass details because that would weaken user protection.
Appeals and support
