Frequently Asked Questions
Tap or click a question to open the answer. Rewards and payouts are always controlled by backend validation and admin rules.
How do I earn?
You can earn by completing eligible articles, quizzes, surveys, video watches, offerwall tasks, sponsored tasks, and referral actions when those modules are enabled. Every earning action is sent to the backend for validation before any reward is approved.
When are rewards added to my wallet?
Rewards are added only after backend validation. The system checks completion rules, cooldowns, duplicate activity, risk signals, daily caps, and profitability controls before wallet credit. Some rewards may stay pending for manual review.
Why is my reward pending?
A reward can be pending because the platform is validating your action, checking fraud signals, waiting for an offerwall callback, applying a pending period, or requiring manual review. Pending rewards are not withdrawable until approved.
When can I withdraw?
You can request withdrawal after your approved available balance reaches the minimum withdrawal threshold. Withdrawals still pass balance, fraud, payout, and profitability checks before approval and payment.
Why was my withdrawal rejected?
A withdrawal can be rejected if the balance is not approved, payout details are invalid, the account is flagged, the request exceeds configured caps, or reserve/profitability rules are not satisfied. You will receive a notification when the withdrawal status changes.
Can I use multiple accounts or automation?
No. Multiple accounts, bots, fake traffic, scripts, VPN abuse, device/IP manipulation, and repeated duplicate actions can lead to blocked rewards, frozen withdrawals, or account suspension.
How do referrals work?
Your wallet page contains your referral link. Referral rewards are controlled by backend settings and may require the referred user to complete valid actions before any reward is approved.
Are ad clicks required to earn?
No. Rewards are based on validated platform actions, not forced ad clicks. Ads must not be clicked accidentally or treated as reward buttons.
